END THE WAR ON DRUGS - BALANCE THE BUDGET

    The War on Drugs has been a War on People. It is time to end the War on Drugs as it is a waste of Tax Payers' Money, and destroys lives. There are more drugs than ever on the Streets, and not enough room in Prisons.
    The first thing I would do is Legalize Marijuana on a Federal level, with a high Federal Tax. The amount of revenue generated by a Federal Tax on Marijuana would be astonishing.
    The remaining Street Drugs would be gradually legalized, regulated and taxed. People in need of treatment would be identified and helped.
     The Legalization of Street Drugs would greatly reduce the cost of Law Enforcement and Prisons.

        RELEASE PEOPLE FROM PRISON

    The United States has more People in Jails and Prisons than any other Country in the World. Twenty Five Percent 25% of the World's Prison Population is in the United States.
    We must immediately release at least 50% of the Prison Population, and look at releasing more after that. Prisons are also a great waste of Tax Payers' Money.

    The "Silent Majority" is the strength of the United States. This Secret Society speaks with action rather than words. The First Amendment protects this Right to Privacy of Association and Belief.
    In this era of small but loud deviant special interests, the new politics imposes unnatural, deviant, and destructive laws, policies, and lifestyles, in the interest of being politically correct. Meanwhile, the Secret Society sits in silence, afraid to take effective action.
    The reasoning and better judgment of the Silent Majority has been restrained by fear. As a result, the strong People have become weak with cowardice.
    Privacy of Association and Belief brings forth strength and courage in silent unity. We must continue to reason in silence and secretly associate with courage. Our actions will speak louder than words.

    The People of the United States must be Armed with Guns to fight Terrorism. Taking away Guns is an Act of Terrorism in itself. We must enforce the Second Amendment which provides:

    The State Law in Texas, as in most other States, defines marriage as between one man and one woman. There is nothing in Article III of the United States Constitution that gives the Supreme Court power to repeal or legislate a State Law. That is for the Legislative Branch representing the People of that State.
    The Tenth Amendment provides: "The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the People."
    The States have the power under the Constitution to make laws that define marriage as a union between one man and one woman, just as a State has the right to determine qualifications for Hunting Licenses and Drivers Licenses. A same-sex couple does not have an Equal Protection of the Laws Complaint because the Law does not allow a same-sex marriage because that is not marriage; it is something else. A same sex couple does not have a Due Process complaint because the Legislative Branch of State Government has the Power under the Constitution to make the Marriage Laws.
    People came to this Country so they could practice their Religion without Government interference. Some people complain because they don't want to see the word God or hear a Prayer or be subjected to seeing the Ten Commandments and the Supreme Court rules with the Atheists, while also ruling that Atheism is a Religion. Now the Supreme Court forces the States to respect and enforce the same-sex marriage practice of the Religion of Atheism.
      The First Amendment provides: "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances."
    The Supreme Court progressively forces Theistic Religions into the closet and forces open practice of the Religion of Atheism.
     The Federal Courts are off the chain and must be held accountable to the Constitution and the People.

    Every time there is an event of violence involving a gun, Obama wants to take all the Guns away. But the Second Amendment provides:

    A well regulated Militia being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the People to keep and bear Arms shall not be infringed.

    In the Heller decision, the Supreme Court held that the right of the People to keep and bear Arms is an individual right that preceded the Second Amendment.

    The prefatory clause: A well regulated Militia being necessary to the security of a free State; expresses the Sovereignty of the People as a balance of Power and Control over the Government which is to serve the People. This is important because the Government must serve the People in a free State. But Obama wants to take the Guns away from the People so that the Government does not serve the People and to take the Power that the People have over the Government away. Obama wants the Government to be the Good Shepherd Tyrant of Paternalism over the People and that the People will be subjects (slaves) to the Government. Obama wants the People to serve the Government. This is the reverse of a free People living in a free State. At the same time, Obama does nothing about the violence as violence is the excuse for the Tyrant taking the Guns away from the People.

    Whether the 9-11 attacks or the Boston Marathon Bombing or the Charleston Church shooting, or the resent Southern California terrorism, it is the behavior of violence that must be addressed. We know that violence is a learned behavior, so why can't the Psychologists and Sociologists figure out how to replace the learned behavior of violence with socially positive and productive behavior ???

    Look around at the music, movies, video games, and lifestyles that are promoted. I have seen display advertisements in Walmart for a video game called, "Assassin's Creed." Children are learning violence from these video games. We want clean air and clean water, but what about all the pollution of violence fed to our children and young adults.

    Obama and the Government cannot take the Guns away unless we give them away by repealing the Second Amendment. This would be the beginning of the end of Democracy.

    The old saying is that the rich are getting richer and the poor are getting poorer. Well, now it is Donald Trump and his Wealthy Class that are killing the Middle Class in the United States.
    There is only so much wealth in this Country and in the World, and when the rich are getting richer, the wealth is being sucked out of the Middle Class.
    Now we have a Middle Class that is strapped in debt and will never own a house in their lifetime. Trump and his Wealthy Class are the new Economic Slave-Masters cracking the whip on Economic Slavery.
    We now live in a credit-debt economy where everything is purchased on credit with payments nearly equal to income. As the cost of living goes up, the value of your money goes down. If you have any money in the Bank it is losing value because the small amount of interest paid is less than the loss of value as a result of the ever increasing cost of things.
    Banks sell their loans to bigger Banks and eventually all this cumulative debt is bundled-up into Securities to back-up the creation of more money which is redistributed by the Federal Reserve and then loaned out again. This is how Donald Trump's wealthy class operate. They put out more debt-backed money loaned out again to be spent so that there is money for the wealthy class to again suck out of the Middle Class. And this is supposed to keep the Middle Class working harder and producing more.
    This is Economic Slavery. It is now time to VOTE FOR FREEDOM.

    Under the Affordable Care Act, the costs of Health Care and Prescription Medicine have sky-rocketed. The effective cost of Insurance has also risen dramatically as coverage is reduced and the co-pay has dramatically risen. Small Businesses cannot afford to provide Health Insurance to employees, and for that reason must sometimes keep employees under 40 hours or hire contract labor.
    Insurance Companies are not in the business of providing Health Care; they are in the business of making money. The Insurance Company's main objective is to sell Policies and not to pay for coverage or pay as little coverage as possible. As a result, Insurance Companies have invested in Health Care Providers so that any claims paid goes right back in their pocket.
    And the big winners are Hedge Funds which invest in both Health Care Providers and Health Care Insurance Companies.

     Donald Trump has jumped out in front of the flock of Republican Candidates putting on a show and saying crazy things a lot of Republicans like to hear. And Trump also has a very high negativity rating. Individual members of the Republican flock attempt to Battle with Trump but they don't have any scripted way to fight. They just look lost and stupid.
    Meanwhile, Hillary, with nothing much to say, is merely picking up on the masses that Trump is driving away with his negativity. If it wasn't for Trump's repulsive negativity, Hillary would have nothing. Standing next to Bill, Hillary is no leader. To put it bluntly, Hillary Clinton is no Bill Clinton. Two terms is all you get Bill, even by proxy.
    Nobody is doing Battle with Hillary because there is nothing there. The lost and confused Republican flock are trying to figure out what to do with Trump and none of the Republican flock look like Presidential material.
    If Trump doesn't get the Republican nomination, he will run as an Independent, and it will be just like 1992 when Ross Perot was the reason Bill Clinton beat George H. Bush.

             WHAT IS GOD THAT I MAY BELIEVE IN GOD ?

    The Constitution of the United States prohibits any Religious Test for a Candidate for President of the United States. However, as a person, I have a First Amendment to free exercise of Religion and to Free Speech.
    Often times my beliefs and faith are challenged by Church groups, or a non-religion group tests for anti-religious beliefs. In addressing my beliefs in God, I present the problem of God to all interested listeners. I welcome any input or valid information on the subject of God.
    I was asked the question: "God is good, right ?"  I will now respond:  -   When dealing with words like "God" and "right" and "good"  there must be an understanding of the definitions in the Mind of the Communicator using the words.
    When dealing with the word "good" we must also define what is "bad". The opposite defines what it is opposed to. In this case, the opposite controls what is "good"  because anything "bad" cannot be "good."  The same applies to the word "right." We must know what is "wrong" as it defines the opposite of what is "right." After Adam and Eve ate from the Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil, they then knew what was "good." Genesis 3:22, Then the Lord God said: "Behold, the man has become like one of us, to know good and evil." (God spoke in the plural).
    So now we come to the problem of God. So if I am to say I believe in God, what is it that I believe in ?   May I ask: "What is God that I may believe in God ?"
    According to Genesis 1:26 God must be a collective unity of many - - - "Let Us make man in Our image, according to Our likeness; " In Genesis 11:3 the People also spoke as a collective unity - - "Come let us make bricks and bake them thoroughly."  Genesis 11:4 - - And they said, "Come let us build ourselves a city, and a tower whose top is in the heavens: let us make a name for ourselves lest we be scattered abroad over the face of the earth."  Then in Genesis 11:7 God said: "Come let U go down and there confuse the language, that they may not understand one another's speech." 
    But in Exodus 6:7 God is in the singular stating: "I will be your God." Now we have another problem. Is God one or many ?
    Then in Exodus 32:1 - - "the people gathered together to Aaron and said to him, "Come make us gods that shall go before us."
    Isaiah 14:12-14 - - "O Lucifer, son of the morning! ... For you have said in your heart ... "I will ascend into heaven. I will exalt my throne above the stars of God; I will also sit on the mount of the congregation  ... I will be like the Most High." And with that, God cast Lucifer out with a third of the Angeles. So there appears to be a Power struggle between God and Lucifer.
    And so if God truly did make Man "in Our image" and we are made in the image of God, then we might look at this as an Allegory of the Elements in Mental Conflict in the Human Mind. The three types of Motive or Impulse in the Mind being: (1) Reason - the faculty that calculates and decides; (2) Desire - appetite - the sense of bare physical and instinctive craving; and (3) Heart - spirit - pugnacity - enterprise - ambition and courage, which are often found in conflict with unthinking impulse.
    So when your reasoning decides you should loose weight, but your desire craves an extra slice of pie, then your courage or ambition  should assist your reasoning to resist temptation. But when people get involved in Religion for assistance with the internal conflicts in the Mind, then the Religious Leaders assume the job of Reasoning for the Group. The Group, through social facilitation or peer pressure, imposes resistance to temptations of desire. (Heart - Courage).
    So then being made in the image and likeness of God, the three Elements in Mental Conflict compare to the Holy Trinity as: (1) God the Father to Reason; (2) God the Son - Jesus to Desire; and (3) God the Holy Spirit to  Heart or Spirit.
    Jesus, being God in the flesh, overcame the Desires and Temptations of physical and instinctive craving. In the darkest hour, Jesus prayed to the Father to give him strength and courage. "Nevertheless not my will, but Thine be done."
    In Isaiah 14:12-14, addressing Lucifer, "For you have said in your heart ... I will ascend into heaven. I will exalt my throne above the stars of God; I will sit on the mount of the congregation ... I will be like the Most High." - - This is where your Heart-Courage-Ambition has sought to overtake Reasoning.
    Reasoning sits at the top of the hierarchy of Mental Elements and has Power over the Heart. The purpose of Fasting is to keep Desire under control of Rgroupeasoning. Fewer mistakes would be made if we paused - - to allow Reasoning to think and decide, rather than being pulled into something  by Desire, or charging forward on Courage and Ambition. Things of the flesh or physical cravings are not bad things, but they must be controlled by reason or endured by courage. All living things have physical or instinctive impulses or cravings, which are necessary for survival.
    Now I have shown how the Mind is in the image and likeness of God. But our Mind is not God. We must look for God outside of our Mind. We must look to the outer world, lest we entertain a false belief that our Mind is God.
    The Church as an Association, or Social Organization, is a Collective Unity, that operates as a Unity. In Genesis 11:3-4  the People declared in a single voice: "Come let us build ourselves a city, and a tower whose top is in the heavens; let us make a name for ourselves lest we be scattered abroad over the face of the earth."  In this Collective Unity, the People sounded like Lucifer in Isaiah 14:12-14.
    The Church, having an internal hierarchy of rank and order, establishes rules and determines what is good and what is bad. The Idol of the Tribe has deep roots and tendencies in the Human Spirit. The Collective Unity is a Spirit separate from the spirit of the individual. The individual must give or pledge his or her allegiance to the Collective Unity, or be excommunicated or cast out. The Collective Unity is the Idol of the Tribe, and a very powerful binding and controlling force.
    The Collective Unity sings praises and worships with music and chanting and ranting, and a feeling of euphoria that comes is called "the Spirit of God." And the Religion becomes a Religion of feeling good, and anyone who takes away from the good feeling is either changed or cast out. They say, we must stay together, and do all things to increase and enhance this good feeling. We must live this way to feel good. We must avoid negative people because they bring us down.
    The Collective Unity or the Idol of the Tribe is all about feeling good for the People, and it is all about control by the Ruling Group.
    So what is God, that I may believe in God ? - - For me, it is more important to determine what is not God. There is a way that seems right, but the way therein leads to destruction. When I have found all things that are not God, then I am much closer to understanding what God is.
    When I was a small child, I believed in Santa Clause. I was told the stories of the North Pole, and the Reindeer, and Santa's helpers, and how on Christmas Eve, Santa Clause would sneak in and leave Gifts and fill the stockings with candy. Everything reinforced this belief, and I always found the Gifts and candy that Santa Clause left when I woke-up on Christmas morning. But gradually, my awareness increased and my reasoning developed, and without anyone telling me, I figured out that there is no Santa Clause. My Mother was Santa Clause.
    In the youth of the Human Race, we were aware of very little of the earth or universe, and our reasoning powers were undeveloped with little collective exercise or experience. However, we formed beliefs, and when we developed a written language, we wrote down our stories and beliefs.
    The Human Race is now much older, and more aware and with more collective experience, and our reasoning has developed to a greater extent. - - Are we to forever hold on to the belief in Santa Clause ?
    We should begin to clearly determine what is not God, so that we may continue our search for what is God. - - If you ask me if I believe in God, I would have to say yes. However, I am not quite sure about all the things that are not God, and my list of things that are not God is still unfinished and incomplete.
    I am however, happy to know that I was made in the image and likeness of God. This is a clue which I must get to know better.

       On July 4, 1776, the People declared:
                                                                    "We hold these Truths to be self-evident, that all Men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness - That to secure these Rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just Powers from the Consent of the Governed, that whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these Ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its Foundations on such Principles, and organizing its Powers in such Form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness."
    The People then established a Constitution and further declared:
                                                                                                            "WE THE PEOPLE of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general Welfare, and secure the blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this CONSTITUTION for the United States of America."
    Through the Constitution the People delegated and divided their Sovereignty between the States and the Legislative, Executive and Judicial Branches of the Federal Government. Later the Bill of Rights were added to prevent Government infringement of the Freedom, Rights and Liberties of the People. But the People did not keep a constant Eye on the Government and did not hold the Government accountable to the Constitution. The Government steadily took Power from the People and then started taking away Freedom, Rights and Liberties.
    After the 9-11 terrorist attacks, the Government infringed and took Freedom. Liberties and Rights away from the People for stated Security interest.
    The Government's foreign policy puts the People at even more risk of terrorism. The Government's
economic policy ships the jobs to foreign countries. The Government serves the interest of Wall Street, Banks, Investors, Big Business and the Wealthy. The People are relegated to garbage to be scooped around by the Government. Environmental policy wipes out jobs for the People and raises the cost of Energy. The Rich are getting Richer as the sinking Middle Class goes farther into debt. Poor People cannot find jobs or housing. Same Sex Marriage is now a Right, but Poor People go to Prison for drugs. The United States has more People in Prison than any other country in the world.

Executive Immunity from prosecution.
     With the latest terrorism in California the Government prepares to further invade and restrict the Rights and Freedom of the People. The Government wants to take the Guns away from the People under the idea that certain People do not have Second Amendment Rights. The Government has become the Enemy of the People.
    The Declaration of Independence indicates what must be done when the Government becomes the Enemy of the People. The People sought to form a "more perfect Union." But there is more division among the People than ever. The People are divided Race against Race, Religion against People, Rich against Poor.
    WE THE PEOPLE must stop fighting with each other. United We Stand - Divided We Fall. Stand up for Freedom. Stand up for Liberty. Stand up for the pursuit of Happiness and Stand up for Equality.
    Do not Fear the Enemy.
